Delivery & Dispatch policy
This policy applies to all products purchased from the AWES online/in-store. It doesn’t cover services, which have separate delivery timelines specified in the order.
- Order Confirmation & Updates: After placing an order online/through e-mail/over phone, you’ll receive email updates for order confirmation and e-mail update when goods are ready for dispatch.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are added during checkout, and any special delivery requirements may incur additional fees.
- Dispatch Timeframe: We aim to dispatch goods in stock in 1-2 business days. Non-stocked items dispatch timeframe will be conveyed to customer and order would be place. Non-Stock products would be dispatched within one business day after arrival at our warehouse.
- Stock Availability: We always aim to update the stock levels online, but occasional stock shortages may occur. We’ll do our best to source out-of-stock items quickly, it would be preferred to check stock level with store by calling/emailing product code.
- Transit Times: Delivery times vary by location to location and may be longer for remote areas.
- Delivery Process: We use various carriers, and some require a signature. You’re responsible for deliveries left at your request in unattended locations. Orders may arrive in one or multiple shipment’s.
- Possible Delays: Dispatch may be delayed due to supplier issues, public holidays, order errors, or transportation problems.
