Returns, Cancellations and Claims Policy

Returns
Returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A copy of the invoice, a list of returned items, and original packaging are required. You are responsible for any damage during return shipment. If return is accepted by us, handling fee @20% of total value of Invoice may apply. Freight to be paid by customer for any returns.

Change of Mind
Requests to return goods due to change of mind must be made within 3 business days of delivery or collection. Returns must be shipped at your expense or delivered to our premises. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will be processed once the returned goods are received, at our discretion. Goods must be in original packaging, undamaged, and in current saleable condition to be eligible for return.

Cancellations
Cancellations or partial cancellations are only accepted with our prior written consent and payment of a cancellation fee. We do not accept cancellations for goods which are  ready for shipment/custom made items.

Complaints
Any complaints regarding lost, damaged, or incomplete goods must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. We may offer a refund, credit, or exchange if applicable. Failure to notify us within this period implies acceptance of the goods and services as delivered, and payment is due in full.
